Reporting into the GM Quality, Pharmacovigilance & Medical, this position leads the day-to day operations of the PV Team, as well as the Product Quality Complaints Team, who together champion change, process improvement and product safety across the Blackmores Group. Demonstrating strong business acumen, initiative and communication skills, this role is ideal for a registered pharmacist with considerable experience in industry. Responsibilities include: Lead, coach and Mentor a team of c.7, inc. 2 team leaders, providing day-to-day guidance and running of the function Lead the full implementation and compliance of the Pharmacovigilance (PV) program and Product Safety Assessments across Blackmores Group Perform PV training to the broader business, and for targeted teams as required. Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities Champion change to help others adopt positively to change Understand and communicate how the Product Safety program and the PV program support optimal patient care, protect the patient, protect brand reputation, and minimise business exposure.
