Work directly with the Founder on execution and direction Scale what’s already working Raise capital to accelerate growth Lead product commercialization Build structure, systems, and team for global expansion You are responsible for turning early traction into a scalable, repeatable, high-performance business. What You’ll Do (The Execution) Lead the next phase of growth and scale Drive capital raising, ideally with exposure to US markets Partner closely with the Founder on execution and direction Build structure, systems and accountability across the business Turn early traction into repeatable, scalable performance Oversee go-to-market and user growth at scale Represent the business with investors, partners and in market Who You Are (The DNA) We are looking for a proven builder who understands what it takes to scale. Experience scaling a product, platform or SaaS business Strong capital raising experience (US exposure highly regarded) Commercially sharp, you understand numbers, not just narrative Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment Able to move between strategy and execution easily A builder.
