As the Integrated Scheduling & Performance Specialist , you will play a critical role in driving consistent performance outcomes across the depot network by analysing depot operational data, monitoring schedule performance, and supporting key program reporting to both Australian and US stakeholders. Working in a fast-paced aviation and sustainment environment, you will coordinate data across multiple suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure accurate performance visibility, on-time delivery outcomes, and informed decision-making across the enterprise. Your responsibilities will include: As the Integrated Scheduling & Performance Specialist , you will be responsible for coordinating and analysing program performance data across suppliers, stakeholders, and customers to support informed decision-making and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include: Monitor and analyse depot performance across supply, maintenance, and operational activities Track on-time delivery performance and identify delays, trends, and improvement opportunities Collate and upload program performance data to US Lockheed Martin stakeholders Build and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) Support planning, scheduling, and performance reporting activities Conduct trend and variance analysis across key program metrics Coordinate stakeholder inputs for program reviews and governance activities Support risk, issue, and change management activities across the program About you: We are looking for motivated candidates with strong analytical, planning, and coordination capability who enjoy working in a structured, operationally focused environment.
