Your responsibilities will include: Partner with Legal to manage fit-for-purpose contract frameworks Collaborate with leaders to deliver annual capability and training plans Develop and maintain supply chain capability and skills frameworks Uplift supply chain standards, processes and operational templates Lead digital enablement, systems improvement and AI initiatives Manage supply chain KPIs, reporting and performance dashboards Oversee supplier due diligence, compliance and governance frameworks Represent the business on industry working groups and governance forums Partner with Security to strengthen supply chain security frameworks Communicate enterprise-wide supply chain risks and mitigation strategies Champion operational excellence, efficiency and continuous improvement Provide change management leadership across key functional projects Provide best practice thought leadership, knowledge sharing across procurement, subcontract program management and industry development Partner cross-functionally to optimise business outcomes About you: You are a highly experienced supply chain professional who has undertaken a diverse range of roles, lead operational transformational or maturation in complex environments. Qualifications & Experience Essential: Significant multi-domain supply chain experience across complex contracting, category management, procurement, industry development, supply planning, logistics and supplier management High levels of data and digital acumen Desirable: Knowledge of: Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems; Defence Industry and Commonwealth Procurement Policies; Mitigating modern slavery and product security risks in Supply Chain; Scope 3 emissions reporting / accounting standards; International Supply Chain Risk Management; Internal controls, governance and auditing framework; Experience working in international organisations with operations in multiple countries Special Requirements: Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
