Description About the Role: In this role, you’ll manage end‑to‑end development projects across multiple parks, ensuring all memorial construction, deferred revenue processes, and granite ordering workflows are delivered accurately and on time. You’ll work closely with Park & Garden Managers across NSW and QLD, ensuring customer needs are met with empathy, professionalism, and precision. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured operational environment, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and brings both heart and commercial awareness to their work. Key Responsibilities: Deliver monthly memorial construction targets and manage deferred revenue (GAAP) processes. Prepare and coordinate construction orders in collaboration with park and construction teams. Manage granite ordering and inventory across all parks. Triage and resolve queries through the Park Development ticketing system. Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation to support site activity. Ensure compliance with HSE, risk management, and quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service with empathy, cultural awareness, and confidentiality. Support continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery. Positively represent InvoCare within the community and internal teams. Contribute to business sustainability through cost‑conscious decision‑making. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in operations or project management. Strong time management, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools. Ability to work within broader business strategy and adapt to changing priorities. High attention to detail and a proactive, flexible approach. Ability to liaise effectively with park teams and client families. A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
