As an educator, you’ll work as part of a team of early childhood professionals to deliver SDN’s innovative, high quality and inclusive program for children, while building strong, meaningful relationships with children and families, and delivering the support of the SDN village to their lives. About The Role · Your role will involve collaborating with children about their interests and supporting them by creating a stimulating environment. · Supporting the physical needs of children · you will assist in the observation and evaluation of the children’s development, creating an environment which ensures trust and security and provides flexible routines and smooth transitions. Our SDN Ngallia Centre is located within the beautiful grounds of the University of Sydney’s Cumberland campus in Lidcombe, SDN Ngallia offers early childhood education and child care for 47 children per day from birth to school age. 'Ngallia' means ‘the meeting place of the children’ in the local Aboriginal Darug language.
