Full-Time Admin / Office Coordinator We are a growing cabinet manufacturing company based in Malaga and are currently looking for a reliable and motivated full-time Admin / Office Coordinator to join our team. Position Details · Full-time position · Monday to Friday · 9:00am – 5:00pm · Located in Malaga WA Main Responsibilities · Communicating with customers professionally via phone and email · Handling daily office calls and email enquiries · Ordering materials and coordinating suppliers · Scheduling production and installation jobs · Following up project progress with clients, installers, suppliers, and team members · Assisting with general office administration duties · Working closely with the production and installation teams to ensure smooth project completion What We’re Looking For · Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills · Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail · Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines · Good organisational and multitasking skills · Able to work independently and as part of a team · Positive attitude and willingness to learn · Chinese speaking is highly preferred Preferred (but not essential) · Previous admin or office coordination experience · Experience in cabinetry, construction, or manufacturing industry · Experience with Microsoft Office, emails, scheduling systems, or bookkeeping software If you are organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, we’d love to hear from you.
