About us We are and 80 place OSHC that caters for OSHC children across a range of local schools in the Lockyer Valley and Somerset Region. Our OSHC prides itself on being a place where can be children. Our OSHC is a bit different to the others you might see, we have a big philosophy on being within the community and doing fun and exciting things with our children! Our OSHC is brand new and has been open since Jan 2026 so it is ready to be made into a flourishing groovy OSHC. Role Details 38 hours a week 6.30am to 10am and 2pm to 6pm Vacation care block shifts Includes both contact and non-contact hours What We Offer 30 to 50% discount on out-of-pocket childcare fees Generous budgets that allow our centre to run at their unique ways Supportive and experienced management team Be part of a company that puts children first and lives by our company motto “Where we let children BE children” About the Role As the Nominated Supervisor , ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality frameworks Must be confident in driving a 10 seater bus to and from schools Lead, mentor and support your team to deliver high-quality care Manage daily operations including rostering, utilisation, networking with local schools to provide OSHC care to them Build strong relationships with families and the school community Support engaging, inclusive programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place (MTOP) framework Drive continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) Partner with your Area Manager to achieve strong service outcomes About You Diploma in School Age Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Experience leading teams in OSHC or early childhood settings Strong operational and financial management capability Strong values for community networking Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework & Education and Care Regulations Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications Please apply through seek or email Tom directly at gmail.com
