About the role The purpose of this role is to support the Manager, Group Tax in delivering CSC’s tax compliance and reporting obligations. The role works across CSC teams to prepare tax returns, assist with reporting, and build practical tax experience in a complex superannuation environment. Key Responsibilities Preparing income tax returns, BAS and FBT returns for CSC entities Assisting with tax provisions and financial reporting requirements Supporting trust distribution reviews and investment structures Assisting with responses to ATO and offshore tax authority queries Conducting tax research and summarise findings for the team Supporting lodgement processes and ensure deadlines are met Working with internal teams (Finance, Investments, People) on tax matters Assisting with managing external advisers and reviewing deliverables Qualifications Degree in accounting, economics, commerce, law or similar 2–3 years’ plus experience in tax, accounting or related field Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines Basic understanding of Australian tax principles (or willingness to develop) Able to work collaboratively across teams At CSC you get a career where you belong At CSC, we’re committed to more than super — we’re committed to people.
