The Role: The Training Officer will play a key role in assisting the operations of the business however will also be required to assist across a range of generalist HR activities to support our operation. Key responsibilities include: To provide practical training to workers to ensure safety and quality which is paramount. Working closely with Supervisors and Managers to support them to meet production demands. Driving positive cultural change whilst upholding and promoting the core values of the Rugby Farming Group. Adhoc support to assist all facets of the business. Given the nature of our industry, weekend work and early morning starts will be required. Working outside with frequent travel between farms and sites may be a requirement of the position. About You: The successful candidate will ideally possess: Strong knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and processes. Excellent planning, organisation and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to form excellent working relationship across all levels of the business. Competent computer skills. Current Manual Drivers License is required for the position. A training qualification will be viewed favourably.
