HT Form are looking for a skilled CA to join the team! We specialize in commercial and high-rise formwork projects with aspects of concrete work too. Working in the Bellevue head office, you will be working within our collaborative commercial team, supporting the success of numerous Construction projects. THE ROLE Manage and ensure compliance with client contract throughout the project/s Oversee project start up, head contract review, procurement, delivery and project close out Liaise with internal team, directors and external stakeholders Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to the client Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments Monitor commissioning activities including documentation Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations Maintain relevant registers that track and substantiate the projects commercial position Contribute to the project commercial strategy and drive commercial outcomes ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role you will bring previous experience in a varied contract administration role in the construction industry, along with: The ability to engage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to build mutually beneficial relationships Experience in communicating directly with clients and managing all upstream commercials An understanding of the risks and opportunities associated with all project contractual agreements Sound working knowledge of project administration and project control Analytical skills and high attention to detail Positive negotiation, conflict and influencing skills The ability to present information to a range of audiences Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel skills Qualifications & Requirements Qualifications in Contract Management or similar discipline.
