Lee Brothers Legal is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a lawyer to join the firm as a core member of the team, with a clear pathway to progression into a future management role. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Lawyer, based in Southport on the Gold Coast, Queensland. The role involves managing and overseeing a diverse personal injury claims, including WorkCover claims, CTP (motor vehicle accident) claims, Public Liability claims, medical negligence claims, and TPD claims. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice, managing matters from intake through to resolution, and representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
