We're a fast-paced practice operating Tuesday to Friday – meaning you'll enjoy a 3-day weekend every week . With multiple locations across South Australia and Victoria, this role offers variety and occasional travel (think of it as a little work trip adventure – on us!). No weekends. No late nights. Ever. What You'll Be Doing Chairside assisting. Clinical preparation and record collection. Patient care and management (with opportunities to learn treatment coordinating) Sterilisation and instrument processing. Maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment. Using practice software for charting and records. Answering phones and managing appointments. Processing payments. General reception duties. What We're Looking For Certificate III in Dental Assisting (essential) Minimum 6 months of dental assisting experience preferred. Orthodontic knowledge is highly desirable A positive, motivated, "can-do" attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn all aspects of orthodontics Excellent communication skills with a caring, empathetic approach Strong customer service focus High attention to detail Flexibility to travel locally and interstate as required Why Join Us?
