Bookkeeper / Finance Officer Australian Skin Face Body – Geelong Australian Skin Face Body is seeking an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper / Finance Officer to join our team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a multi-disciplinary specialist practice dedicated to excellence in Plastic, Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery , as well as medical and cosmetic skin health care. This role will support the practice across a broad range of financial and administrative functions and play an integral part in the day-to-day operations of our business, across two sites. About the Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of the practice while contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the business. This is a diverse role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and able to work confidently in a busy environment. Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: 5 years’ experience in accounting and bookkeeping Experience using Xero accounting software Experience managing fortnightly payroll processes Strong knowledge of Fair Work requirements and payroll compliance Ability to work across multiple files and ensure accurate allocation of income and expenditure Experience with cash flow management and management reporting High-level computer competency and attention to detail Strong organisational and time management skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and sound decision-making abilities Advanced verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with a range of stakeholders The highest level of ethics, professionalism and confidentiality at all times Previous experience with Medicare claiming and medical accounts will be highly regarded.
