Working with a small team and assisting customers and supporting Store Manager at our Joondalup Wheel&Barrow store with your own flair to maximise sales and achieve goals. You’re a passionate Retailer – you have an in-depth knowledge of the retail market and know what it takes to support a successful store through sales and KPIs You’re a strong communicator - You know how to influence key stakeholders to get the best possible strategic outcomes. You’ll understand your customers – using your exceptional customer service skills you will be able to exceed customer expectations and resolve any issues that arise. You work well under pressure – respond calmly to situations with competing priorities and find solutions to any problems you face. You’ll have an eye for detail – you will implement store merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-presented at all times. You’ll have a focus on safety – adhere to health, safety and environmental standards and regulations and embed a safety culture into the team.
