About Us Our Company specialises in shed construction of poultry and agricultural sheds. We look to hire workers who are energetic, reliable, hardworking, with a great ‘can do’ attitude. Our team is made up of workers with construction experience and labourers, who have the ability to construct large sheds, work safely and follow safety instruction from Managers, and Supervisors, who believe in quality of work and meeting timeframes and schedules. About you · Versatile tradesperson with a solid background as a Carpenter/ Chippie/ Formworker/ Concreter, within the construction industry. · Able to interpret plans, drawings, and site instructions confidently. · Strong skills in steel framing, fixing and formwork or setting out and stripping formwork for slabs, columns, walls, footing, etc. · Ability to jump between framing, formwork construction, set-out, reinforcement, and concrete placement. · Competent with all power tools, hand tools, and carpentry equipment. · Concreting abilities for pouring, screeding, vibrating, troweling, and curing. · Knowledge of reinforcement installation of rebar, mesh, spacers and chairs. · Understanding of levels, measurements and laser usage. · Excellent understanding of safe work practices and site compliance. · Ability to work safely around heavy machinery and busy sites. · Consistent attention to detail and quality outcomes. · Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised or as part of a tight crew. · Capable of producing high quality workmanship under deadlines. · Physically fit with a strong focus on accuracy and detail. · Team player who brings a positive, can do attitude, with a strong work ethic. · A fast learner with strong problem solving skills. Experience and Requirements: · White Card (Essential) · Current Car Licence (C class minimum) and own transport (Essential) · Must be fit and reliable (Essential) · Quality & safety focused (Essential) · A team player and responsible worker (Essential) · Working from Heights/ EWP (An advantage) · Ticketed/ Competent in the use of various machine operations. Licenses or tickets to operate any of the following: telehandler/ skid-steer/ JCBs/ dogger/ rigger/ EWP/ scissor lifts/ bobcats etc. (An Advantage) · Able to provide your own PPE…Hi Vis yellow/ orange shirt, trousers, safety boots, etc. (Essential) · Australian citizenship or permanent residency required (Essential) What's on offer! · Our project started mid-January 2026 and runs through to the end of the year, with ongoing statewide works for the right applicant! · We can offer highly competitive hourly pay rates, based on trade certification, level of skills and or the experience you have! · Casual work with the opportunity to go fulltime for the right applicant! · Allowances as per the award! · We offer a great team environment, and exciting opportunities to travel with our new and upcoming projects if you prove your ability onsite!
