ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Managing Director , you’ll lead a small team of Property Managers and Assistants across Perth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be empowered to mentor the team, deliver expectational results and continue growth. Your key responsibilities will include: Portfolio Management - Oversee a small portfolio of 60 - 70 properties internally. Mentoring & Coaching – guiding and supporting the team to reach their full potential. Team Leadership – fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Business Growth – driving portfolio expansion, revenue growth, and achieving KPIs. Process & Compliance – streamlining systems, ensuring compliance, and raising service standards. Client Care – managing escalated matters with professionalism and effective resolution. Talent Management – recruiting, training, and onboarding of top Property Management talent. ABOUT YOU We’re looking for a confident, strategic, and people-focused leader who thrives on motivating teams and driving results. With a solid background in Property Management, you’ll bring strong operational knowledge and a natural ability to lead by example. You’ll also bring: WA Property Manager Registration. (essential) Current driver’s licence . Strong knowledge of PM systems. (Property Tree, Property Me, Inspection Express) Proven leadership and mentoring ability with an empathetic but driven approach .
