About the role Join the team at My Therapy House as a full-time Occupational Therapist based in Mitchell Park, South Australia. In this important role, you'll contribute to providing high-quality allied health services to our clients, helping them regain independence, improve their quality of life, and achieve their personal goals. What you'll be doing Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention plans Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to help clients improve their functional abilities, independence and participation in daily activities Provide client and family education and training to support the implementation of therapy programs Liaise with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, client-centred care Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with professional and organisational standards Contribute to the continuous improvement of our occupational therapy services What we're looking for Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, ideally in a community-based or private practice setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team Strong problem-solving, clinical reasoning and decision-making abilities Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve client-centred outcomes What we offer At My Therapy House, we are committed to supporting the professional and personal development of our team.
