Wright Training's high-fidelity Goulburn training centre is growing, and demand for our safety, rescue and GWO delivery is outpacing what our current team can cover. We're expanding our casual trainer team to scale delivery without compromising standards. Potential progression to permanent part-time for the right candidate over time. If you're industry-experienced, physically capable, and committed to delivering training to a high standard — we'd like to hear from you. Pay $50 – $75 per hour (inclusive of casual loading), equivalent to $400 – $600 per training day. New trainers start at the assisting and learning rate ($400/day) and progress to the solo delivery rate ($600/day) once competencies are confirmed. What you'll be teaching Working at Heights Confined Space First Aid (CPR, LVR, Advanced) Vertical Rescue Fire Safety / Basic Fire Fighting Risk Management GWO modules (BST, ART, EFA). What we're looking for • TAE40116 / TAE40122 Cert IV in Training & Assessment — current. We'll also consider applicants with high-risk industry experience who are actively completing TAE (sponsorship available for the right person). • Current competency in two or more of the training areas above. • Industry background welcomed: emergency response, firefighting, defence, wind industry, rope access, mining, high-risk trades. • Physical capability for heights, confined space and rescue work — including tower work in harness. • Current First Aid Certificate and manual driver's licence. • Right to work in Australia, based in or willing to travel to Goulburn NSW.
