We are looking for a highly driven operational leader who can help manage our growth by supporting our people, driving accountability, improving performance, and helping scale the organisation in a structured and compliant way. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will work closely with our managers, team leaders, and CIO to ensure our teams are aligned, accountable, high-performing, and focused on delivering results. About the Role This role is about execution, leadership, accountability, and growth. You will be responsible for: Managing and supporting managers and team leaders across the business Working closely with our CIO and operational departments Driving accountability and ensuring outcomes are delivered Investigating operational issues, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions Supporting leaders to effectively manage staff at all levels Helping to maintain a high-performance culture with strong compliance standards Monitoring operational performance, KPIs, workflows, and team effectiveness Assisting with process improvement, automation, and operational scaling Supporting company growth initiatives and helping teams achieve targets Embracing AI, innovation, and modern ways of operating Helping lead change positively and effectively across the business What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is: A strong communicator Highly organised Comfortable holding people accountable at all levels Commercially minded and target focused Able to motivate, push, and get the best out of people Solutions-oriented and operationally driven Calm under pressure and capable of managing competing priorities Passionate about growth, innovation, and continuous improvement Open-minded about AI, automation, and emerging technologies Experienced in managing leaders, not just individual contributors Able to balance compliance requirements with operational performance – having a deep understanding of our regulatory environment Experience within financial services, fintech, lending, or other regulated industries will be highly regarded.
