About Strive Healthcare Strive Healthcare is an established, owner-operated physiotherapy practice with clinics in Bull Creek and Bertram, serving Perth South since 2023. We are not a corporate chain. We are a three-year-old local practice owned and run by a working physiotherapists, and we are building something specific, a high-quality industrial occupational health service line for SME employers across Perth’s southern industrial corridor. This is a foundational role. You will not be slotted into an existing OH team. You will help build one, with genuine input on clinical protocols, service design, and how we deliver the work. About the role We are looking for a senior OH physio to lead clinical quality and delivery across our new industrial OH service line. The practice owner, also a physiotherapist, leads business development, client relationships, and operations. Your focus is the clinical work and clinical credibility of the service. You will: • Co-deliver pre-employment Functional Capacity Evaluations using a validated protocol (we are open to your preferred methodology) • Conduct ergonomic and workplace assessments on industrial sites across Perth South • Run manual handling and wellness workshops with employer teams • Deliver on-site injury triage and coordinate WCWA Return-to-Work pathways • Co-attend discovery walks and proposal meetings, your clinical authority is part of how we win contracts • Build the clinical protocols, report templates, and quality systems for the service line This is not a clinic-based role. The majority of your hours will be on industrial client sites or developing systems. Our model is one consistent Strive clinician per employer , no chain-style rotation, so you will build genuine, multi-year relationships with the WHS Managers and workforces you serve. About you We are looking for someone with most of the following: • 3 years physiotherapy experience • Recent occupational health practice experience (last 3 years) — chain, independent, in-house, or consulting backgrounds all welcome • Direct hands-on FCE experience with a validated protocol • Strong communication skills, you will be co-pitching to WHS Managers and SME owners, not only delivering clinically • Comfortable working autonomously on industrial sites and managing your own delivery schedule • Current AHPRA registration with relevant post-graduate certifications, or willingness to obtain them • Living within reasonable commute of Perth South work sites We welcome applications from candidates seeking flexible hours, returning to work after a break, transitioning toward semi-retirement, balancing other professional commitments as well as candidates ready to commit to full-time leadership of the new service line. What we offer • A$110–130K full-time equivalent (commensurate with experience), pro-rated for part-time arrangements • Genuine input into how the OH service line is built, this is not a follow-the-manual role • Clear career pathway to Clinical Director and Service Line Manager roles as the OH practice scales, with a performance-linked bonus structure tied to service line growth • Quality-first delivery philosophy, we are deliberately not building a volume practice • Flexible scheduling that fits around school hours, study, or other professional work • All tools, equipment, and CPD allowance provided How to apply Send your CV and a short cover note (one paragraph is fine) to strivehealthcare.com.au. Tell us what kind of OH work you have most enjoyed in the last three years, and what drew you to a non-chain role. For an informal conversation before applying, contact Kanhav Goyal, Owner, directly, happy to talk through what we are building before you decide whether to apply. We respond to every credible applicant within five business days. Strive Healthcare is committed to building a respectful and inclusive workplace. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
