General Services Coordinator role contributes to a safe work environment for staff, and safe and comfortable living environment for residents, and includes responsibility for: • preventative and corrective asset maintenance, including Karingal Seymour's buildings, grounds and gardens, vehicles, plant and equipment, Villers Place Independent Living Units; • Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance experience is required for this position. • A valid driver's licence is essential for this role. • provision of maintenance, gardening and operational support services; • Essential skills include basic handyperson abilities, equipment repair expertise, and gardening proficiency. • cleaning, maintenance and laundry services including staff supervision, training and monitoring. • 3-5 years of supervisory experience is required for staff management responsibilities.
