Senior Sales Person – Mitre 10 Store We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Senior Sales Person to join our busy and growing Mitre 10 store, centrally located with expanding Trade, Retail, and Online sales operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong retail experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and can contribute positively to a supportive team culture. Key Responsibilities: Providing outstanding customer service across trade, retail, and online sales Assisting with stock control, ordering, and inventory management Taking phone orders and coordinating store and site deliveries Supporting promotional specials and in-store displays Maintaining a broad “store vision” approach rather than tunnel vision Assisting with general store duties, including manual handling tasks Essential Requirements: Previous retail experience Strong organisational and time management skills Professional presentation and behavior at all times Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks Positive “Can Do” attitude and willingness to support the team Availability to participate in a rotating 6-hour Saturday roster Must be an Australian Citizen Desirable but Not Essential: Current Driver’s License Forklift License If you are dependable, proactive, and ready to become part of a growing business, we would love to hear from you.
