As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial part in our efficient manufacturing processes, contributing to the overall success of the business. What you'll be doing Operate and monitor production machinery to manufacture high-quality industrial gaskets Organise despatch of completed customer orders Perform quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure maximum productivity Assist in stock control processes Inwood and Outwood processes of raw materials and goods Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment All on the job training and no previous experience necessary.
