At POA, we’re looking for a designer who doesn’t just create artwork but sees opportunities everywhere, acts on them and lifts the standard. We’re also serious about leading the way - including operational efficiencies, AI and innovation across the business. About the role This is not just a sit-behind-the-desk design role. You’ll be expected to bring ideas, momentum and solutions and not wait for direction. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality billboard and signage creative and more importantly, you’ll: Drive new ideas that improve campaign performance Get out on the road and review our sites in-market Bring back recommendations that lift impact and cut-through Explore new tools, trends and technologies (AI, motion, digital) Work closely with our sales team to help clients win Create strong internal assets (presentations, proposals, brand visuals) Be the expert in digital creations and animations We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait for a brief - they create the brief.
