You won’t just plan content - you’ll be out there capturing it, shaping it, and turning it into measurable growth. We’re serious about leading the way - including AI, innovation and smarter ways of working. About the role This is not a “post and hope” marketing role. You’ll own and execute our digital presence end-to-end - from capturing content in the field, to building strategy, to analysing what drives results. This role is part videographer, part content creator, part marketer - with a strong focus on performance. You’ll: Get out on the road and capture real content (billboards, campaigns, clients, behind-the-scenes) Film and edit high-quality short-form video (reels, stories, campaign highlights, testimonials) Build and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned to business growth Create a consistent content engine across social, web and campaigns Turn campaigns into proof (before/after creative, results snapshots, client stories) Manage and optimise digital channels (social, website, paid activity) Run and refine paid campaigns (Meta, Google) to drive awareness and leads Use data and insights to guide what we do next (analytics, performance tracking, ROI) Support sales with high-impact marketing assets (one-pagers, decks, campaign explainers) Explore new tools, platforms and technologies (AI-assisted content, automation, editing) We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to post - they see the story, build the plan, and act on it.
