About the Role: We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and highly strategic Global Wholesale Manager to lead and grow our international wholesale business within a fast-paced and dynamic fashion environment. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives on building strong global partnerships, driving sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence across all wholesale channels. Working closely with senior leadership, Design, and Production teams, you will oversee the end-to-end management of wholesale operations, including seasonal sales strategies, key account management, delivery execution, reporting, and market expansion. You will play a critical role in strengthening relationships with global retailers, sales agents, and independent boutiques while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth across key international markets. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, highly organised, relationship-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional service and results within the fashion industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute global wholesale strategies to achieve seasonal sales targets and drive global business growth across all territories. Manage and grow relationships with major global wholesale partners and independent retailers ensuring strong performance and long-term partnership development. Oversee all wholesale operations including seasonal indent orders, in-season reorders, development orders, and delivery management to ensure alignment with retailer timelines and business expectations. Collaborate closely with the Design and Production teams on product development opportunities tailored to key wholesale accounts and market demands. Develop and implement strategies for new market expansion and stockist acquisition across global regions. Lead communication and relationship management with international Sales Agents, providing exceptional support across orders, deliveries, and account performance. Manage the sales team with backend wholesale systems and reporting platforms including NuORDER, ensuring accurate order processing and operational efficiency. Analyse weekly sell-through reports, order performance, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, optimise product performance, and inform future sales strategies. Oversee the sales team's wholesale sample management, coordinating sample send-outs, returns, and tracking to maintain efficiency and presentation standards. Drive operational excellence across all wholesale functions while continuously improving internal processes and workflows. About You: Proven experience in a Wholesale Manager, Sales Manager, or Senior Wholesale role (within the fashion industry desirable but not essential) Strong understanding of global wholesale operations, major retail partnerships, and international market dynamics. Demonstrated experience managing both major accounts and independent boutiques across multiple territories. Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate sales data into actionable growth strategies. Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships internally and externally. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
