We are currently partnering with a well known Australian hospitality brand to recruit an Instructional Designer on a 6 month fixed term contract basis, covering a maternity leave position. This is a hands on role focused on creating engaging training content, supporting online learning initiatives and improving training materials across a national franchise network. Reporting into the National Training Manager, you will work across a range of learning and development projects including LMS content, onboarding materials, operational training guides and online learning modules. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop training materials, guides and learning content Support online learning initiatives and LMS content updates Create engaging onboarding and operational training resources Partner with stakeholders across training and operations teams Assist with content updates, training rollouts and learning projects Identify opportunities to improve learning processes and content delivery Utilise AI and digital tools to improve training efficiency and engagement About You: Previous experience within Instructional Design, L&D, Training or Learning environments Experience creating training content, guides, SOPs or online learning materials Exposure to LMS platforms Strong written communication and content development skills Confident using Microsoft Office and digital learning tools Experience with InDesign, Adobe Suite or similar tools highly regarded but not essential Experience within retail, hospitality, operations or franchise environments highly regarded What’s on Offer: 6 month fixed term contract Hybrid working model once up to speed Parking available onsite Opportunity to join a collaborative and growing business Immediate start available If this opportunity interests you then please apply now!
