Responsibilities: Supporting the end-to-end development of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects Managing feasibility assessments, planning pathways, development approvals, and project milestones Coordinating grid connection activities and engaging with AEMO, TNSPs, DNSPs, and technical consultants Managing consultants across engineering, environmental, planning, and legal disciplines Assisting with commercial negotiations, due diligence activities, and project structuring Preparing project reports, investment materials, and development documentation Building and maintaining strong relationships with landholders, councils, regulators, and industry stakeholders Skills & Experience: Experience within energy or infrastructure project development in Australia Exposure to renewables and data centres Understanding of grid connection processes and the NEM environment Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management capability Ability to manage multiple workstreams across a dynamic project portfolio A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with the ability to operate autonomously Benefits: Opportunity to work on nationally significant infrastructure projects High level of ownership and direct exposure to senior decision-makers Fast-growing business with strong long-term growth opportunities Flexible working environment focused on outcomes Competitive salary with attractive performance incentives
