What You’ll Be Doing: Own the full sales cycle from discovery through to close Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and signed contracts Run structured discovery meetings and capture client requirements Grow existing customer accounts and upgrade service tiers where appropriate Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the customer base Generate additional pipeline when required Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management Drive proposal timelines and keep opportunities progressing Work closely with internal technical teams for pre-sales support Document meetings, actions and next steps within the CRM What You’ll Bring: Experience in MSP, IT services or cyber security sales Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to run professional discovery meetings Consistent follow-up and pipeline discipline Experience working closely with technical delivery teams Commercial mindset with a focus on customer outcomes Motivated, driven and confident building relationships Ideal Background: Experience selling across a mix of: Managed Services Cyber Security Services Microsoft 365 Cloud Solutions Infrastructure Services Networking & Security Support Agreements Professional Services What’s In It For You?
