This role will suit someone with strong hands-on experience across Teradata, SQL development, and enterprise-scale data modelling, who enjoys working in complex data environments and delivering high-quality data solutions across both BAU and project initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimise scalable data warehouse solutions within a Teradata environment Develop complex SQL queries, ETL logic, and performant data pipelines Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data solutions Build and maintain dimensional and enterprise data models Support ongoing enhancement and optimisation of existing data warehouse platforms Contribute to data quality, governance, and best practice initiatives Collaborate across engineering, analytics, and architecture teams within a large-scale enterprise environment Key Requirements Strong commercial experience as a Data Warehouse Developer / Data Engineer Deep expertise in: Teradata Advanced SQL development Data modelling (dimensional and enterprise models) Experience working within large enterprise or complex data environments Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across both project and BAU delivery Nice to Have Exposure to AWS cloud environments Experience with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow Broader modern data stack experience would be highly regarded The Opportunity Initial 12-month contract with strong extension potential Large-scale enterprise environment Hybrid working model This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Teradata specialist to join a well-established data function delivering business-critical data initiatives.
