We’re a small but busy team , so every shift counts — and we’re looking for hands-on hospitality professionals to join us. Open Roles Supervisor – Hands-on FOH leader with RSA. Runs service, opens/closes, supports the team and handles guest feedback. Barista skills a strong advantage. Barista – Confident on the machine with consistent quality coffee through the rush, plus tidy bar presentation. Floor Staff – Customer-focused table service with RSA. Polished, attentive and calm under pressure. Chef – 2 years’ kitchen experience, clean and efficient, bistro/café background preferred. Kitchen Hand – Reliable and quick on prep and dish, with solid food handling and hygiene.
