We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Pharmacy Retail Manager / 2IC to support the day-to-day operations of a busy community pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong retail leader who enjoys customer service, team leadership, merchandising, and operational excellence in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. Working closely with the Retail Manager and Pharmacist team, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, maintaining high store standards, and leading the front-of-shop team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Support the Retail Manager in overseeing daily store operations Lead, coach, and motivate retail team members Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care support Manage merchandising, stock presentation, and promotional execution Assist with rostering, team performance, and onboarding Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock control processes Ensure compliance with pharmacy retail procedures and standards Drive sales targets and identify opportunities for business growth Maintain a clean, organised, and professional store environment Step into the Retail Manager role when required About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in pharmacy retail, health retail, or a similar environment Leadership or 2IC/supervisory experience in retail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities A hands-on leadership style with a positive attitude Experience with merchandising and inventory management Confidence working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
