About the role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hair Salon Manager to join our talented tight knit team at Sho Hair Studio in Nedlands, WA. As our Hair Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant and fast-paced salon, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the success of the business. This is a full-time position based on 4 day week leaving 3 days off What you'll be doing Manage and lead a team of skilled hair stylists and salon assistants Ensure the salon runs efficiently and effectively, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients Continuously improve salon operations and identify opportunities for growth and innovation Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages team development and job satisfaction What we're looking for Qualified hairstylist with 3 years of experience - Must have passion for hairdressing with strong colour correction experience Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team 4. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences 5. Passion for education and upskilling, ability to undergo salon training and upskillin 6.Great organisational skills, with ability to manage numbers, work with targets and be results driven.
