The Opportunity As Senior Program Coordinator – Therapeutic Student Placement is responsible for: Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and practice relating to the attraction and retention of therapeutic care workers, and the coordination of student placement in Therapeutic Care. This includes: Maintaining an expert awareness of relevant issues and trends within the state, nationally and internationally. Project managing key attraction and retention initiatives. Contributing to research, implementation and evaluation of key strategies as well as policy and planning frameworks. Contributing to the planning and evaluation functions of Therapeutic Care. Providing advice and reports that contribute to the overall management of attraction and retention in Therapeutic Care.
