The role:As a Community Youth Support Worker - Level 2/4, you will be: Identifying and building relationships with at risk children, young people, and their families to increase their safety and wellbeing. Providing support and advice to the Community Youth Officer to assist in increasing safety and wellbeing for at risk children, young people, and their families who are open cases with the Department of Communities. Building relationships with children, young people, and their families to promote routine and stability in the home and assist in providing supports and services that increase safety and wellbeing.
