Supports may include: Personal care and mobility assistance Social support and community access Domestic assistance and meal preparation Dementia and ageing support Disability and psychosocial support Transport to appointments and activities Promoting independence, choice and quality of life Supporting clients to achieve their individual goals We carefully match support workers with clients to ensure the right fit, continuity of care, and positive working relationships. What We’re Looking For To be considered for this role, you will have: Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability or Community Services Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for providing respectful, person-centred care Experience in aged care, disability support, community care, dementia support or mental health support will be highly regarded.
