Due to continued growth, we're seeking a hands-on, reliable Accessory Fitter and Team Leader to join team. About the Role: This dual role involves assisting in the fitting of accessories to vehicles and supporting our sales operations. It’s perfect for someone mechanically minded with strong organizational skills and a can-do attitude and is looking for a future career in the Automotive Aftermarket space. Key Responsibilities: Installation of accessories (e.g., canopies, hard lids, tub liners, roof racks, etc.) Perform basic mechanical and manual tasks Perform basic 12v electrical tasks Support the pick, pack, and dispatch parts and accessories Assist with customer service queries in the showroom and over the phone Receive incoming goods and manage stock levels Maintain a clean and safe workshop/store environment Complete basic paperwork and data entry as required What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a workshop, automotive, or warehousing environment preferred Mechanically minded with a willingness to learn Forklift license (or willingness to obtain) is desirable Current driver's license Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Positive attitude, punctual, and a team player What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Full training and opportunities for career progression Supportive team environment with a focus on safety Long-term opportunity in a stable, growing business The role will develop into a senior position over a period of time for the successful applicant with a supporting team to assist your development. You will also be required from time to time assist with Retail customer contact within the Perth Showroom and also work alongside the team at trade shows. Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment. Excellent written & verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and desire to grow current skill set. Liaise with freight companies, suppliers, and clients. Control and management of inventory and logistics. Valid Full Australian driver's license. Current forklift license (or willingness to complete fully funded course). Basic Knowledge of fitting automotive accessories, including Canopies, Hard Lids, Bedliners and other bolt on products would be advantageous.
