Requirements for this role: Looking for candidates available to work: Mon morning Mon afternoon Mon evening Tue morning Tue afternoon Tue evening Wed morning Wed afternoon Wed evening Thu morning Thu afternoon Thu evening Fri morning Fri afternoon Fri evening Sat morning Sat afternoon Sat evening 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year The Opportunity KIM & YOU TRADING PTY LTD is seeking a skilled, hardworking, and detail-oriented Retail Manager to join our team in Fyshwick(Canberra) Key Responsibilities As a Retail Manager, your tasks will include: ● Determining the product mix and stock levels for tiles, bathware, mosaics, pavers, and related tiling products. ● Managing showroom and online retail service standards for walk-in customers, trade customers, builders, renovators, and online customers. ● Implementing purchasing, pricing, sales, and marketing strategies for tile and bathware products. ● Promoting the company’s products through showroom displays, website listings, online promotions, and customer enquiries. ● Selling tiles and bathware products to customers and advising them on product selection, suitability, quantities, finishes, and project requirements. ● Maintaining records of stock levels, supplier orders, customer orders, quotes, invoices, payments, and financial transactions. ● Managing retail revenue, expenses, pricing, stock purchasing, marketing costs, and sales targets. ● Recruiting, rostering, training, and supervising showroom, sales, warehouse, and customer service staff. ● Ensuring compliance with retail workplace health and safety requirements, including safe handling, storage, and movement of heavy tile products. ● Coordinating consistent pricing, product information, promotions, stock availability, pickup, delivery, and customer service policies across the showroom and online store.
