Runs service, opens/closes, supports the team and handles guest feedback. Barista skills a strong advantage. Barista to Confident on the machine with consistent quality coffee through the rush, plus tidy bar presentation. Floor Staff to Customer-focused table service with RSA. Polished, attentive and calm under pressure. Chef to 2 years’ kitchen experience, clean and efficient, bistro/café background preferred. Kitchen Hand to Reliable and quick on prep and dish, with solid food handling and hygiene.
