Applications must address the following selection criteria: Demonstrated experience in applying high standards of governance, accountability and performance in the non-government Not for Profit sector. Experience providing committee secretariate support, including experience working with a management committee. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with a particular emphasis on written communication. Sound organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritise a changing workload. Demonstrated financial literacy and experience in financial management and budget preparation and monitoring. Experience in human resource management, including modern awards and employment conditions, Fair Work legislation, and workers’ compensation. Excellent relationship skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people Capacity to work flexibly and collaboratively as part of a small team. Demonstrated capacity to anticipate and identify problems, obstacles and opportunities, and apply innovative, creative thinking, including advice from subject experts, to take decisive action to address the issue. Excellent computer literacy including experience with MS Office and accounting and HR software packages (e.g. Xero, Employment Hero), and demonstrated ability to maintain spread sheets and data bases.
