Job tasks and responsibilities We are seeking an experienced HC Truck & Dog Tipper Driver to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves operating a Truck & Dog tipper delivering materials to and from our civil construction sites throughout the Southern Metropolitan Area. We are looking for a driver who takes pride in their work, operates equipment professionally and respects company assets. Maintaining a clean, well-presented vehicle and operating safely at all times is an important part of the role. While the primary responsibility is driving, you will also be expected to assist crews on site when required, supporting civil construction works as part of a team environment. This is an immediate start position and a great opportunity to work with a well-known civil construction company with a strong safety culture and supportive team environment. Successful candidates will require HC Licence Proven Truck & Dog tipper driving experience Strong commitment to safe driving practices and site safety Ability to work independently while supporting site crews when required Experience working in civil construction environments Strong work ethic and pride in maintaining vehicles and equipment Good communication and teamwork skills White Card Positive attitude Preferred requirements but not essential Experience working on civil construction projects Experience working around excavators and site operations Knowledge of safe load management and site safety procedures Experience working in tight residential construction environments Plant or labouring experience within civil construction Senwill Civil maintains a strong Zero Harm safety culture, and all employees are expected to follow company WHS policies and procedures to ensure everyone goes home safe each day.
