About the role Clover Care is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Bruce, ACT. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our disability support services, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of high-quality care to our clients. This is a full-time position based in our Bruce office. What you'll be doing Manage and coordinate the activities of our frontline care teams to meet client needs and achieve operational targets Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimise service delivery and compliance Liaise with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to address concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to maintain financial and operational efficiency Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care coordinators, support workers, and administrative staff Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of our services Ensure compliance with all relevant aged and disability care regulations, standards, and guidelines What we're looking for Significant experience (5 years) in a similar operations management role within the aged or disability care sector Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation Thorough understanding of aged and disability care regulations, standards, and best practices Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field (e.g., health, social services, or business management) What we offer At Clover Care, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
