With the opening of our brand new bakery in Kilmore, we are looking for a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing business and help shape the culture and success of a brand new bakery from the very beginning. We already have an established management team in place and are looking for an additional leader to step into this role to help support, develop and guide our new sales team. This position can be offered on either a part-time or full-time basis for the right candidate. About the Role As Assistant Sales Manager, you will work closely alongside the Sales Manager and wider management team to help lead, support and develop our sales team while ensuring the bakery operates to a high standard each day. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the management, training and development of team members Assisting staff to achieve sales targets and KPI goals Supporting rostering and shift coverage Daily banking and reporting tasks Assisting with sales analysis and performance tracking Supporting team meetings and staff training Monitoring completion of online training modules Assisting with store social media and community engagement Supporting the execution of key seasonal campaigns including Easter and Christmas Helping maintain high standards in customer service, cleanliness, merchandising and store presentation You will need flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends, including a mixture of early morning, daytime and evening shifts. Availability during Easter and Christmas periods is essential as these are peak trading times for our business.
