This role will be spread across 2 complementary companies that we have located at our Pooraka head office. Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner Conduct vehicle checks (pre- and post-rental) and accurately record any damages Maintain vehicle service schedules to optimize fleet usage and meet demand Coordinate vehicle logistics, including vehicle returns, relocations, and availability Lodge damage tickets and report any vehicle damage immediately through the internal system Assist with rental transactions, check-ins, and check-outs Support administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and data entry Report maintenance needs or vehicle issues to the appropriate department Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies Communicate effectively with team members and other departments Answering incoming calls and directing them to the relevant department Invoicing new and ongoing rentals Monitoring the location and duration of rentals Debt Collection of overdue invoices Must be tech savvy Any other roles as needed Previous employment with in the rental car or automotive car industry would be looked upon favorably but not essential. The successful candidate will be required to have a Police check and medical done prior to employment.
