We’re looking for a highly skilled, self-managed Paid Media & Content Growth Manager to own the creative engine behind our growth. This is a senior, hands on role for someone who understands how to turn content into revenue. You will personally source creators, write high converting scripts, manage creator relationships, and deliver approximately 30 new UGC assets per month . You will also develop paid and organic content strategies using performance data and AI tools to guide decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who loves both strategy and execution and is comfortable owning the entire process from idea to final asset. Your Mission Create content that grows the brand profitably. You will: Develop data backed creative strategies for Meta and organic social. Personally source and manage creators within a set monthly budget. Write scripts and creative briefs that convert. Deliver approximately 30 new UGC assets per month. Analyse performance data and identify winning concepts to scale. What You’ll Own Paid Media Creative Strategy (Meta First) You will Develop weekly creative testing plans for Facebook and Instagram. Identify winning hooks, angles and offers. Work closely with our internal ads manager to launch and scale successful creatives. Turn ad data into clear creative decisions. UGC Creator Management You will personally: Source creators who align with our premium wellness aesthetic. Negotiate rates and usage rights. Brief creators and manage revisions. Ensure approximately 30-40 high quality UGC videos are delivered each month. Scriptwriting & Storytelling Write hooks, scripts and talking points for UGC ads Founder-led content Testimonials Educational videos Organic reels Organic Content Strategy Develop content ideas for Instagram and TikTok. Repurpose paid insights into engaging organic content. Budget Management Manage creator spend responsibly. Make commercially sound decisions. Treat every marketing dollar as an investment. Performance Analysis Track and optimise: CPA ROAS Hook rate Hold rate Thumb-stop ratio You’re a Great Fit If You Have proven experience scaling DTC brands. Understand what makes paid social creative convert. Are an exceptional scriptwriter. Can independently source and manage creators. Are equally comfortable with strategy and execution. Make data-backed decisions. Thrive working autonomously. Have a strong interest in wellness, beauty and premium consumer brands. Success in This Role Within your first 90 days, you will: Build a reliable creator network. Deliver approximately 30 new UGC assets per month. Identify multiple winning creative angles.
