The Role The Reception & Sales Administrator will be able to work in a fast paced environment, supporting the efficient sales function of the business. The role entails : Consulting with clients and sales managers on phone, email or in person to produce sales orders; Quoting as per customer requirements; Management of the workflow, including scheduling of installations; Quality assurance of customer orders; and Other duties as requested by the Director About You To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate your skills and experience in similar roles. In addition, the successful person will : be outgoing, professional, has a can do attitude, is honest, reliable and hardworking; be well rounded verbal and written communication skills with an exceptional focus on customer service; have excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities; have excellent attention to the smallest detail; and have strong computer skills in MS Office. Demonstrate intermediate level proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience in the signage or similar industry will be highly regarded. Candidates with sales administration experience from similar industries will be considered alongside those with signage industry experience. Remuneration will be in line with the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
