Responsibilities Schedule and perform routine maintenance on automated hydraulic hay press and processing plant. Coordinate repairs/maintenance on forklifts, loaders, and ancillary equipment. Supervise and conduct repairs on fixed plant, site, and storage buildings. Maintain a tidy workshop, monitor, test, and repair plant strappers. Manage stock levels and parts inventory. Keep records and update the maintenance database and action register. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and promote continuous improvement. Skills & Experience: Mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic maintenance. Maintenance planning. Welding and fabrication. Experience working on field balers and strapping equipment is an advantage. Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications and systems. Requirements Full‐time availability and after‐hour callouts if needed. Commitment to safety, quality, and preventive maintenance.
