We’re looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to help customers bring their spaces to life—whether it’s a dream home renovation or a commercial fit-out. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the face of our business, guiding customers from inspiration through to installation. Your day-to-day will include: Engaging with residential and commercial clients to understand their flooring needs both on-site and in the showroom Recommending solutions across timber, luxury vinyl, laminate, bamboo, hybrid, and carpet Undertaking measures and preparing quotes Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry to close Building relationships with consumers, builders, and commercial clients Maintaining showroom presentation and product knowledge What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience (essential) – you know how to build rapport and close Flooring industry experience will be highly regarded (similar industries such as kitchen, cabinet and window furnishings also advantageous) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Professional presentation and customer-first attitude Current driver’s licence What’s In It for You Attractive salary package based on your experience Generous, uncapped commissions – your success is rewarded Fully maintained company vehicle Supportive team environment with ongoing training A stable, growing business with a strong pipeline of work Working Hours Monday to Friday with alternating weeks Tuesday to Saturday (Saturday is 9am-2pm) If you’re ready to take ownership of your sales career and be part of a business where your efforts directly impact your earnings, we’d love to hear from you.
