The team consists of a Team Leader (AO7), two Senior Liaison Officers (AO6), and two Senior Review Officers (AO6). The Team Leader, Escalation Review will be appointed by the Chief Executive as a Government assessor under Section 128 of the Victims of Crime Assistance Act 2009 (VOCAA) and is responsible for monitoring and reporting on various workloads within established timeframes and adjusting priorities quickly as circumstances dictate whilst adhering to strict legislated timeframes and Ministerial due dates. You will oversee and provide advice on complex decisions that can be externally reviewed by the Queensland Civil and Administration Tribunal (QCAT).
